I just got a new phone (Poco X6 Pro) and I was trying to setup this App but it fails to login. All I see is a loading circle that sometimes disappears and reappears and at the end, I get a "too many attempts" message. I've been trying for the past 3 days, please fix the App. Edit: Thanks for the quick reply to my Mail, I was able to fix this issue by following the steps mentioned in you reply (mail) . The App works well now.

Its an okay app, does whats needed for the banking activities. But what is so damn annoying are the pop up ads for the services. They dont give an option to stop these pop-ups. The options are always "Yes", or "Remind me later" when I never even want these loans / emis. And these pop ups are always right at the middle, which often gets misclicked when I am trying to open a different activity. And then I get a call from ICICI because I "clicked" on the ad, the whole process is so frustrating.

Once in every two weeks there's an update available for the app. Which, isn't a good thing altogether cause unless the app is updated, it won't function with the optimum speed or sometimes won't open at all. Moreover, despite proper network availability, the app sometimes just does not open. You'd think that an update is required but no, as said already, Sometimes the app just does not open. Solution?
